Journal of Human Resource Management in Sports is an academic journal that publishes academic research and review analytical articles in the field of human resource management in the sports industry with specific aims and it tries to become the best journal among national scientific publication training and sports. 

 

New and modern methods are needed for wise and effective management of sport organizations . The aim of this scientific journal is development of cogitation and results of innovation studies in field of sport management with human resources approach.

 

This journal deals with the pathology of current challenges in sports, describes the desirable view for management and human resources in sport, decision making to help sports manager's decisions and finally improving scientific level and knowledge of experts in this field .


Therefore ,through this journal, all sport's researchers can share their latest research findings related to management and human resources in sports with involved scholars and colleagues.

 

The journal obeys international law against scientific abuse including data fabrication, misquotation, plagiarism, and so on. During the review and refereeing process , every suspected action will be investigated according to instruction of the scientific Committee On Publication Ethics (COPE).
 
The journal uses the software of plagiarism to review the papers and articles.

According to the regulation for determining the cost of reviewing articles in open access scientific journals of the Ministry of Science Research and Technology and approval of the Board of Editors of Shahrood University of Technology , it is approved to get 3,000,000 Rials from the response author for final acceptance and publication of each article.
