Objective: Ethical managers significantly impact the optimal implementation of school educational programs and the achievement of the organization's educational goals. Therefore, the current research aimed to investigate the effect of school principals' moral leadership in sharing knowledge with physical education teachers based on the mediating role of psychological ownership.
Methodology: This research was conducted using the survey research method. The statistical population included all physical education teachers of Golestan province (686 teachers), among whom 247 people were selected by stratified random sampling method. The research tools included ethical leadership questionnaires (Brown et al., 2005), psychological ownership (Avi et al., 2008) and knowledge sharing (Park and Lee, 2013). Five sports management experts checked the validity of these questionnaires, and their reliability was confirmed in a preliminary study. Data analysis was done in descriptive and inferential parts (structural equation modelling).
Results: The path analysis of the research model showed that ethical management directly and significantly affects the knowledge sharing of physical education teachers. Also, the direct and significant mediating role of psychological ownership in the effect of ethical leadership on knowledge sharing was confirmed.
Conclusion: Therefore, it is suggested to the policymakers of the country's education system that by employing managers who are committed to ethical characteristics, in addition to providing the necessary platform for teachers to increase their knowledge through the acquisition and sharing of knowledge, they can empower Psychological human resources to provide a voluntary interactive environment in order to optimize educational programs and student success.

Objective: This research was conducted to study the role of job insecurity in emotional exhaustion and deviant behaviours in the workplace of tuition physical education teachers.
Methodology: This applied study was conducted using a survey research method. The statistical population of this research included male and female tuition physical education teachers employed in elementary and secondary schools in Golestan province (N=227). All statistical population members were considered samples, and ultimately, 209 completed questionnaires were collected. The data collection tools of the research included questionnaires on job insecurity (Blotenberg & Richter, 2020), emotional exhaustion (Hills, 2014) and deviant behaviours (Țuclea et al., 2015). Five sports management experts confirmed the validity of the questionnaires. In a preliminary study, Cronbach's alpha coefficients were estimated as 0.77, 0.82, and 0.79 for job insecurity, emotional exhaustion, and deviant behaviours, respectively. The obtained data were analyzed descriptively (mean, standard deviation and percentage of variance) and inferentially (structural equation modelling).
Results: The research showed that job insecurity has a positive and significant effect on the emotional exhaustion of tuition physical education teachers. Also, the lack of job security has a positive and significant effect on deviant behaviours in the work environment of tuition physical education teachers. Finally, the positive and significant effect of job insecurity on deviant behaviours in the work environment of tuition physical education teachers with the mediating role of emotional exhaustion was confirmed.
Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research, it can be concluded that ignoring the job security of physical education teachers can cause emotional exhaustion over time and increase the possibility of them engaging in deviant behaviours. Therefore, creating a supportive environment for tuition physical education teachers and developing policies regarding changing their status in the Ministry of Education is suggested.

Objective: This research was conducted to design an optimal sports talent management model through supply chain management.
Methodology: The research method was practical and qualitative. Fifteen experts were interviewed using grounded theory and Glazer's approach.
Results: The findings showed that the supply chain approach can achieve the optimal model of sports talent from six perspectives. A) The interaction of the talent system with the sports environment; B) The capacity of the supply chain of the sports talent system; C) Perspective of optimizing the management of sports talent; D) The efficiency of the processes of sports talent cultivation; M) The self-efficacy of talents in the sports path. j) The securing of the interests of the stakeholders.
Conclusion: Taking advantage of technological advances in sports talent management is necessary for "talent system interaction with sports environment." This way, significant successes can be achieved using advanced countries' interactive capacity. In the "capacity of the supply chain of the sports talent system," it is necessary to provide software and tools that facilitate the search for sports talent from the supply chain and communicate with large sports companies in the field of technology and equipment in this process. In "optimizing sports talent management," it is necessary to establish inter-organizational cooperation in the sports talent search system by concluding talent search memoranda between different organizations and coordinating and dividing labour between the country's recreational and championship sports organizations. In "Efficiency of Sports Talent Development Processes," it is necessary to provide tests for talent identification, appropriate strategic and operational plans, and essential facilities to maintain and preserve talents. From the point of view of securing the interests of the participants, it is required to improve the quality of education and training.

Objective: The aim of the current research was to identify, stratify, and analyze the obstacles to the professional development of elite-level football athletes.Methodology: The research method was mixed. The qualitative part was systematic and practical in terms of purpose and was conducted as a case study (football). The statistical population included Iranian football coaches and players. The statistical sample was purposefully selected based on data saturation (18 people) from exploratory interviews. Based on the foundation data method and Glazer's approach, it was used to extract and frame the components. The descriptive quantitative part was of the correlation type, and the structural-interpretive modelling method was used to determine the relationships between the components using MATLAB 2014 software. Results: Based on the findings in the qualitative section, the existing obstacles were categorized into 33 codes, six concepts, and five categories based on open coding and selective coding at three levels: macro, intermediate, and individual factors. In the quantitative part, based on Mick Mac's analysis, individual barriers were classified as dependent variables at the lowest level, legal and regulatory barriers as independent variables at the highest level, and others as independent variables at intermediate levels. Conclusion: Therefore, legal obstacles affect other obstacles, and individual barriers are influential variables. Finally, to remove the existing obstacles in the elite stage, it is necessary to give comprehensive attention to individual, middle, and macro factors with a systemic approach. Also, for football players to travel this path successfully, it is necessary to minimize these challenges at various individual, middle, and macro levels.

Objective: The present research aimed to design a model of human resource development indicators within the Iraqi basketball system. This study was applied in nature and conducted qualitatively.
Methodology: The prevailing framework of the research was pragmatism, employing a grounded theory strategy with a Glaser approach. The data collection sources included a literature review and semi-structured interviews. Participants in this study consisted of senior sports managers in Iraq, members of the federation and basketball association managers, faculty members from physical education faculty, basketball club managers, coaches, referees, and athletes. Purposeful sampling was utilized, employing a snowball method. The interviews reached theoretical saturation at 15 participants but were extended to 17 for greater assurance. MAXQDA software was used for coding, and the final model was developed. After data analysis and initial examination by the researcher, open, selective, and theoretical codes were ultimately identified.
Results: The data analysis yielded 68 concepts, 16 subcategories, and five main categories: managers and staff (organization, planning, finance), referees (training, commitment, scientific), spectators (facilities, services, emotions), players (promotion and development, functional, economic), and coaches (technical, specialization, support, psychological).
Conclusion: A primary focus in the development of human resources within the basketball system is the aspect of management. By concentrating on effective human resource management, talents can be identified, and employee performance can be enhanced. Additionally, the role of the coach, acting as an intermediary between management and players, is crucial for achieving success in sports arenas. Prioritizing objectives for players results from interaction with management and having a creative, well-trained coach. Based on the findings of this research, sports officials are encouraged to focus on human resources, enhance the educational system, and retain talented individuals to advance basketball in Iraq.
